This year for the last time we are using registration system of Polish Linux User Group. As a result if you took part in previous editions of PyCon PL you can use your old account. If you are attending for the first time in PyCon PL then you need to set up a new account.
Like every year the prices are dependant from a few factors. You can get the lowest prices by registering before 24th of July. For accomodation in twin/triple rooms from Friday you will have to pay at least 125 EUR and from Thursday 190 EUR. All the rooms have high standard of 4 star hotel. Room equipment for example includes air conditioning, hair dryer, heated floor in bathroom and cable access to the Internet (cables are available at reception, but it's probably a good idea to bring your own one). If you don't want to use conference hotel and drive to it every day, then you can choose option without accomodation and breakfast (other meals included) available for 61 EUR from Friday and for 93 EUR from Thursday. If for some reasons you cannot afford taking part in the event, then you can try to apply for financial aid and get a discount. If you plan to take your kids (from age of 4 to 13) with you, contact us as there is a possibility to arrange full day animation program for them at the hotel, while you enjoy the conference.
This year we are introducing financial aid for those in an economical situation that cannot allow to attend the event at standard price rates. If you want to apply for it, then you need to fill this form till 25th of July. But earlier you need to create an account in PyCon PL registration system and fill the attendance form. Financial aid program only applies to people that are attending the conference as a private person (not as a company delegate) and that are willing to accept accomodation in twin/triple type rooms.
Due to location of the conference hotel and limited possibilites to reach it by public transport, we are organizing our own bus transport for people, that will buy a seat in such transfer. Cost of transfer of one person from Warsaw to hotel and back is 16 EUR. Buses will depart on Thursday and Friday from Warsaw, and return on Sunday after the conference closing. Exact times and departure place in Warsaw will be disclosed later.
