The workshops will be held in Gliwice, in the same place as the PyCon PL conference. The exact location will be announced soon.

Support for women in IT: PyLadies workshops are a unique event addressed to those who want to start their career in IT. We know that women are a minority in this industry, so our goal is to support you in breaking barriers and blazing paths in the world of technology. We want to recognize your talent and potential, offering not only programming lessons, but also inspiration and support at every stage of your professional development.
Friendly atmosphere: Our workshops are specially designed for people taking their first steps in programming and IT. Regardless of whether you have any programming experience, you will feel comfortable and welcome with us.
Professional support: Experienced mentors will support you at every step. Thanks to them, you will quickly master the basics of Python and write your first programs.
Networking: You will meet other women who, like you, want to develop their programming skills. You will make new friends and could talk to experienced Pythonists who will be happy to share their knowledge and experience.
Diversity and inclusion: The workshops support diversity in IT by creating a safe and friendly environment for all participants. The PyCon PL Conference Code of Conduct applies, which guarantees respect and inclusiveness.

The workshops are aimed at women, but we don't restrict ourselves to this group only. Anyone can apply, what we most care about is your motivation.
We don't have any specific requirements - basic computer skills and willingness to learn will surely do.
Yes, you need to bring your own computer with you. Look at the good side of it though - you don't need to worry about saving your work, it will stay on your machine!
The workshops will run from morning till evening on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you can participate in the PyCon PL conference (only if you want to).
Yes, we'll provide generous and various meals during the time of the workshops. People with different dietary requirements will find something for themselves. The food is free of charge.
You have to provide accommodation for yourself. In Gliwice, we can recommend various stays, so you can pick one that suits your needs and budget.
